apply. Nextel also imposes a Federal Programs Cost Recovery
(FPCR) fee of $1.55 or $2.83. The FPCR is not a tax or government
required charge. The fee is charged for one or more of the following:
E911, number pooling and wireless number portability.
Rate Plans are valid for Individual, Small & Medium Business
and Major Accounts w/o VPL until 12/31/04 except where noted
or until further notice and are subject to change. Certain restrictions
may apply. Offers may not be available in all markets. Offers
may require credit approval, new activation and one- or two-year
Service Agreement. Additional charges may apply and may vary
by market, including state and federal taxes, a Universal Service
Assessment of either 1.097% or 1.25%, in some states a Gross
Receipt Recovery fee of 1.4% to 5%, a TRS charge of approx.
.07%, and a state-required E911 fee. Long Distance includes
domestic long distance charges. Caller ID may not be available
on all calls. Account set-up fee of $35 per phone, up to $70
per account (some markets a max of $80/account per order) may
apply. $200 early termination fee may apply, after 15-day trial
period (30 days in CA), conditions apply. Read Service Agreement
for details. In-store purchases require two forms of valid identification.

1 Share Key: Both = cellular and DC, Cellular = cellular only,
DC = Direct Connect only, No = Does not share. (Direct Connect
minutes share with like plans. Group Connect minutes do not
share.)
2 NDC calls are charged to the initiator, use DC plan minutes
and incur an additional charge of either (i) 10¢/min. multiplied
by the number of participants, or (ii) a monthly flat fee for
unlimited access. Requires a data-capable phone. NDC does not
apply to Group Connect.
3 Unlimited Direct Connect does not include Group Connect calls.
Limited Direct Connect minutes can be used for Group Connect
calls. Group Connect minutes do not share.
4 Nights are 9:00pm to 7:00am. Weekends begin Fri. at 9:00pm
and end Mon. at 7:00am.
5 No additional charge for Domestic Long Distance if Domestic
Long Distance included in the plan.
6 Caller ID may not be available on all calls. Read Service
Agreement for details.
** Additional Data Services may be purchased as Buy-Up Options
such as Premium Web, Premier Messaging, Mobile Email and Full
Service Data Package. Ask your Sales Representative for more
